7 habbits of successful PLC students

#5 -- Learn from Their Mistakes -- "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result." -Albert Einstein

Learning from my mistakes is a really important thing for me because it will help me improve my skill and many important things. But the most important step to accomplish that is by recognizing my mistake, knowing I didn’t do a good job and willing to fix things up by learning thorough my mistake. Asking for help to someone who has experience in that certain job or whatever I’m doing.
For example if you are working as a nurse it would be really helpful to talk to experienced registered nurses or doctors to learn more stuff through experience that they went through.

#6 -- Built Healthy Relationships -- Surround you with others who are like-minded.

In my opinion that’s a very important thing. You can’t be surrounded with a person who is going to distract you while you are working. It will help me a lot to do my job right and it will help me learn more stuff and not be thinking about other things. There might be people who don’t think positive and think way different. They might not even think like me we might have different ideas or thoughts. Working with smart people is very important because it helps you stay focus on what your are doing and it also helps you learn new stuff they might have really good ideas.

#4 --Set High Expectations -- Set goals and work toward achieving them. Know where you want to go, aim high, and you will get there.

This is very important to me because I was a teenage mom. I stayed out of school for a while because I had to take care of my baby but I never gave up.
I tried my best and I set a goal that I would finish school and here I am trying to achieve that goal. I really want to finish school because I want a better future for me and my daughter. I’m trying my best to accomplish my goal I try to get my work done and I put all that I can to accomplish that.
After graduating from high school I want to be a pediatrician physical therapist. I know it’s a long way to go but it’s a goal I’m going to accomplish no matter what. Its going to take hard work but I know I can do it and that’s why I’m here now to finish my high school so that I can go to college and study more and more and achieve the biggest goal of my life.
